Adalat Lawyers is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our Corporate & Securities practice group in New York. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and capital markets matters. You will work closely with senior partners and clients on complex, high-stakes transactions that shape industries. - J.D. from a top-tier law school - 3–5 years of corporate M&A experience at a leading law firm - Strong drafting and negotiation skills - Excellent academic credentials - Admitted to the New York State Bar
